The third annual Wet Paint Week is in full swing, despite dreary cool weather. The artists will paint bundled up in warm clothing, under umbrellas, but nevertheless are producing some amazing paintings. The event began on Monday with a reception at The Preserve, hosted by owner Mary Phelps, and members of the Tamworth Visitors Council.
