The Tamworth History Center’s annual meeting takes place at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Tamworth Town House. It includes a potluck, and everyone is invited to bring a dish to share. The business meeting includes a summary of a great year, votes on revised bylaws, on a slate of officers, and plans for the upcoming year. The program to follow is “Old Tamworth Houses: Stories Natural and Supernatural.” Support this unique center and dedicated board of directors and enjoy a memorable evening. The Bearcamp Valley School is seeking sponsors and players for its annual golf tournament on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 10 a.m. The event is a cross-country style tournament. The Bear Camp Valley School is a non-profit, providing a developmentally appropriate educational environment empowering children to be confident, successful, lifelong learners.
