I’ve heard it said that certain scents, foods or even sounds can trigger memories long forgotten. I noticed we were serving shepherd’s pie next week and suddenly I remembered a very sweet and charming old English gentleman that used to come for lunch every day here at the center. Shepherd’s pie was his favorite. Tom has been gone for a number of years now, but all those special memories of him remain. Christmas is a time of memories — some good, some sad, but hopefully, always special. May all your memories of Christmas, past and future, be special ones.

Have a wonderful week, Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and God bless!
