EFFINGHAM — Effingham Public Library at 30 Town House Road in Effingham will be hosting writers’ night, featuring music by Roger Sorlien and Sam Tracy and poetry by Rick Van De Poll, on Thursday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. in the meeting room.

Tracy and Sorlien have been performing together a decade, which is no small feat for any musical act. Consider that Tracy is 24 and Sorlien was an usher at her parents’ wedding and you’ll see why their friendship comes across in their performances.
