Randall “Randy” A. Rivard of Center Conway, N.H., passed away suddenly early Monday morning, Sept. 2, 2019, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.

Randy was born in Berlin, N.H., on March 22, 1954, and moved to Conway, N.H., when he was 11 years old, where he lived the rest of his life. He graduated from Kennett High School in 1972, where he played varsity baseball for legendary coach Bob Burns.

Randy loved to hunt and fish and was a lifelong sports fan of both the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. Randy worked for Ceramco, Inc. in Center Conway, where he loved to get up and go to work each morning and enjoy the company of all his co-workers.

Randy was predeceased by his father, Franklin Rivard of Lewiston, Maine, and mother, Helen Rivard of North Conway, N.H. Randy will be missed by his coworkers and by his surviving brothers, Scott Rivard of Waterville, Maine, and Danee Rivard of Cornville, Maine, and their wives, Denise and Sandy, respectively.

He was also survived by his uncle, aunt and cousin, David, Maxine and Davie Patch of Glen, N.H., as well as several other cousins living in Berlin and in other states as well.

The immediate family has not decided yet if when or where there will be a memorial celebration in his name. An announcement will be forthcoming.
