WORCESTER, Mass. — Matthew Boros of Stow, Maine, a member of the Class of 2020 majoring in actuarial mathematics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, was a member of a student team that recently completed an intense, hands-on research through the WPI project center in Panama City, Panama.

The project was titled “Developing a Robotics Curriculum in Panama with Fundesteam.” In their project summary, the students wrote, "They have asked us to create workshops using Arduino technology to teach concepts in physics, robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering and math."
