CONWAY — Memorial Hospital will be presenting two free Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Buzz lunchtime learning sessions in March in the hospital's Intervale Conference Room above its Outpatient Physical Therapy building, just north of the main entrance to the hospital on Route 16. All sessions run from noon to 2 p.m.

“Spring into Spring with Running” will be the topic of the session on Thursday, March 22. This was rescheduled from March 8 due to snow. Presented by Dr. Matt Geary, DPT, at Memorial Hospital. This presentation will cover basic running biomechanics, choosing the proper footwear, associated strength training you can be doing now and how to create a “Couch to 5K” for your team or workplace.
