Want a healthier heart? It can be as simple as taking a deep breath for a few minutes every day to help clear your mind and relax your body and bring in back into balance. A little exercise goes a long way, too. With February as American Heart Month, there's no better time than now to make healthy choices to help prevent heart disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the United States. Every year, on in four deaths are caused by heart disease.
