CONWAY — The Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire recently recognized Ashlee Chaine with the 2025 Home Care and Hospice Service Award. Chaine is the community outreach coordinator for Visiting Nurse Home Care and Hospice of Carroll County and Western Maine.
The award showcases and celebrates excellence and dedication to providing quality in-home health care beyond just their agency. Recipients have been identified as individuals or groups who have made exceptional contributions to the home care and hospice community in New Hampshire and the alliance. Nominees demonstrate a passion for excellence in home-based care, a dedication to quality improvement, and collegial sharing of their expertise with alliance members.
