WASHINGTON – Several health-related projects in Carroll County are slated to receive federal finding in the final government funding bills for fiscal year 2024. Among them are improvements at the Mt. Washington Valley Adult Day Center, Starting Point, the former Carroll County Nursing Home and White Mountains Community College.

U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), a senior member of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, recently announced more than $100 million has been secured for 101 New Hampshire projects.
