EFFINGHAM — Artist and illustrator Susan Spellman is the featured artist at the Effingham Public Library now through Feb. 25.
Her exquisite illustrations have graced the pages of numerous children’s books much to the delight of readers spanning all ages. Her artistic style and attention to detail bring stories to life. In the retelling of each story in visual images, Susan creates expressive and meaningful connections for the reader.
