CONWAY — At a meeting on Jan. 22, the Conway Planning Board unanimously approved a boundary line adjustment involving two state-owned parcels along Route 153, clearing the way for the state Department of Transportation to sell a house lot that has long shared access with a nearby state garage.

Andrew Fisher of Ammonoosuc Survey Co., representing the state, presented the proposal. “It’s a fairly straightforward boundary line adjustment, but there were a lot of moving parts,” Fisher said. “Anytime there was something that wanted changing, it had to go through various channels. Thank you, everyone, for being patient.”
