CONWAY — As a first responder and owner of a rapid response company, disasters are Ed Minyard’s business, and this past late summer and early fall, he had no shortage of work due to hurricanes Harvey in Texas, Irma in Florida and Maria in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Owner of ResponseForce1 Corp., a company he founded in 2007, the Army veteran and Hale’s Location resident was personally involved in dealing with the flooding in Texas and devastation in Puerto Rico. His disaster response company also responded to the aftermath in the US Virgin Islands.
