JACKSON — Two local residents appear in a Top 10 list of influential skiers selected by Ski Magazine: Black Mountain owner/president/general manager Erik Mogensen of Jackson and big mountain skier Caite Zeliff of Conway.

The list that appears in the Dec. 12 story “10 Skiers Inspiring Positive Change on the Slopes in 2025,” also includes Olympic skier Mikaela Shiffrin; Everest skier Jim Morrison; Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn;skier/filmmaker and indigenous peoples advocate Connor Ryan; two-time Olympian Eileen Gu; content creator Mirna Valerio; vertical skier Noah Dines; and the people of Nederlander, Colo., for buying Eldora Mountain from POWDR Corp.
