CONWAY — The Mount Vernon Co. of Boston recently announced its purchase of the 200-room North Conway Grand Hotel from the Newport Hotel Group, which is principally owned by brothers Jon and Douglas Cohen of Rhode Island.

The North Conway Grand is located at 72 Common Court in North Conway, adjacent to the sprawling Settlers Green outlet mall.
