CONWAY — The Mountain View Knitting Guild is excited to announce they will once again be participating in the World Wide Knit in Public Day on Saturday, from 10 .m.-2 p.m., at the Gazebo in Settlers Green.

World Wide Knit in Public Day is celebrated annually on the second Saturday of June. It is a day dedicated to promoting the art of knitting and fostering a sense of community among knitters. It is also a time when people from diverse backgrounds, regardless of age or skill level, gather in public spaces to engage in this beloved craft and enjoy each other’s company. Founded in 2005 by Danielle Landes, this event stands as the world’s largest knitting celebration.
