Looking back at 2023, I’m reminded how lucky we are to have a thriving theater scene in the Mount Washington Valley. This year, Arts in Motion Theater Co., M&D Playhouse, The Barnstormers Theatre and Advice To The Players offered a diverse collection of comedies, musicals and dramas.

While I missed a few productions — alas, I didn’t get to see any shows from Advice To The Players’ season this year — these are my favorite productions of 2022.
