Three years ago, “Kingsman: The Secret Service” was an irreverent blast which felt like an R-rated version of 1960s-’70s era James Bond that also subverted and updated familiar tropes. Now we have “Kingsman: The Golden Circle” an entertaining, but bloated sequel.

“Secret Service,” based on a graphic novel by Mark Millar, followed the recruitment of the lower class Eggsy (Taron Egerton) into the Kingsman, an English tailoring company that is a front for a spy agency. His mentor Harry Hart (Colin Firth) was seemingly killed, but, as any good comic book fan knows, death is a negotiable term.
