CONWAY — Trinity has been known all season for its big play potential, and two big plays got the better of the Kennett High football team in Gary Millen Stadium on Friday night. The Pioneers, who were outplayed most of the evening by the Eagles, had to feel somewhat fortunate leaving town with a 31-20 victory.

“Trinity is a very talented team, but we deserved to win that game,” Scott Stearns, Eagles’ head coach, said. “Every goal we set, we accomplished, but just didn’t come out on top.”
