OSSIPEE — The Carroll County deputy, Chris M. Lamb, 51, who was indicted in May on counts of title fraud and indictments will go to trial on those charges in January, the court docket says.

Meanwhile, Lamb's attorney blasted state prosecutors for withholding evidence.
