CONWAY — A record field of 75 runners put their best foot forward in the annual Kennett Challenge Race last Wednesday at the Kennett Middle School. The fun two-mile race brought out great competition from the Kennett High and Fryeburg Academy cross-country teams, who are prepping for their season debuts, along with a talented cast of White Mountain Milers.

It was the Milers who ran away with bragging rights, but everyone got pizza to celebrate the event.
