CONWAY — New Hampshire Tackles Hunger 2020 will take place amid the COVID-19 pandemic, but like most everything in 2020, things will be a little different.
“In seven years, NH Tackles Hunger has collected 455,000 pounds of food which equates to 380,000 meals for New Hampshire families,” according to a release on the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association’s website. “We will not be collecting food items as we have done traditionally. Instead, we will have one big day of giving for NH Tackles Hunger in which we will ask for monetary donations. Those donations will be made through N.H. Food Bank's secure website.
