CONWAY — If practice makes perfect, the Kennett High boys’ and girls’ cross-country ski teams ought to be dynamite this winter. The Eagles have been on snow since the second day of the preseason, and the defending state champs are eager for the race scheduled to unfold.

The KHS boys have an amazing win streak in place, having hoisted the Division II State Championship plaque a remarkable seven years in a row. The Eagles have to be considered to be the favorites to make it “eight straight!”
