Heated yoga has grown in popularity over the past decade — and for good reason. Practiced in a warm room, typically between 85-100 degrees, heated yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the added therapeutic benefits of heat. The result is a powerful practice that supports strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and mental well-being.

One of the most immediate benefits of heated yoga is improved flexibility. Warm muscles lengthen more safely and efficiently, allowing students to move deeper into postures with reduced risk of strain. Over time, this increased range of motion supports joint health, better posture, and improved overall mobility — especially important as we age.
