CONWAY — In weather much better suited for indoor tennis, the Kennett High boys’ tennis team has had to layer up for its first two matches which were played in temperatures near 40 degrees.

The Eagles fell 7-2 in the season-opener at home to Bow () on April 7, and then made the long trek to Vermont to play Lebanon (the Raider’s courts were not playable) last Wednesday and dropped a 9-0 decision.
