CONWAY — With a forecasted high of 35 degrees with sunshine, Friday afternoon looks like the perfect time for a parade. The Kennett High boys and girls alpine teams will be recognized for winning the Division II State Alpine Ski Championships with a parade in their honor on Friday at 4:45 p.m.
The list of participants could be a little longer. The Kennett High ski jumping team was vying for the Division I State Ski Jumping Championship at Proctor Academy in Concord on Thursday night. Results were not known as of press time.
