CONWAY — The Conway Parks and Recreation Department plans to offer an adult fitness class this fall.

“We are embarking on an adult fitness program to begin on Sept. 25,” said Director John Eastman. “This is a pilot program to see how popular it will be but I believe there is a need for adults to get out and exercise for here in the valley.
