Last Saturday, at our weekly session of “Liars and Tyers” at the North Country we were tying ant patterns.

The fly was called the Cinnamon Toast and used foam as an over-body. During the course of the session, one of our members mentioned that he had never caught a trout on an ant pattern. Several of us were amazed and all related how important ants are.
