CONWAY — Two more North Conway hotel properties were recently purchased by a group that includes as one of its owners Ashok Patel, chief operating officer of Jamsan Management of Lexington, Mass., who also owns the Birchmont and other local resorts.

Sold to Jamsan was the Green Granite Inn and the Holiday Inn Express.  he Green Granite was sold Dec. 18, 2025, by Green Granite Developers, LLC to JHM Valley, LLC. The Holiday Inn property was sold March 12 by Conway Hotel Developers, LLC. to SHRL, SAI Jalaram, LLC of Lexington, Mass.
