Did you know that, by New Hampshire law, bicycles are considered “vehicles” when they operate on roads?

N.H. law (RSA 265:143) states: “Bicycles are vehicles. Bicyclists have the same rights and duties as drivers of motor vehicles. Bicyclists must stop at stop signs and red lights, yield to pedestrians, and drive with traffic.”
