After a year of considering everything from establishing a day-care center to selling two of the 10 acres for housing, and learning the property is valued at $1.8 million, the Conway School Board voted Monday to retain the John H. Fuller Elementary School property in North Conway Village for the foreseeable future. A committee will now explore ways to use the property. The lone nay vote came from Randy Davison, who implied his constituents would rather sell the property to offset taxes.

This week’s Tele-Talk question is: Do you agree with the school board decision not to sell the John Fuller property?
