Town meeting attendees on Thursday will decide whether to give selectmen permission to sell the old Registry of Deeds building. The Historical Society has expressed interest in the old Registry. Ed Jones of the society recently said: "The historical society would like to see it not torn down, not sold unless the town would like to sell it to us for $1. I think it would be a huge addition to the town."
