CONWAY — Selectmen today will discuss the proposed $9 million police station bond, get an update on the second phase of the proposed rec path and "speed humps" in Conway village.
The selectmen's meeting starts at 4 p.m. at town hall. Town voters on April 14 will vote on whether to approve Article 3, of about $9.37 million to renovate and expand the police station. U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas’ office that the request put forward to the House Appropriations Committee on Friday for the department project was increased from $2 million to $3 million, Mattei said last week. Â
