To the editor:Legislation has been introduced in Congress to create an independent commission to investigate the Bush administration's distortion of evidence. If that investigation confirms that the president of the United States of America, the commander in chief of the most powerful military force in human history, deceived his own people and Saddam Hussein killed his own people, one can justifiably ponder which one is more dangerous. Of course the people of Iraq didn't have an impeachment procedure...but we do.
