To the editor:

Stacy Sands wrote on March 29, “Conway’s proposed new charter decreases the number of budget committee members from the present 17 … to 13,” suggesting voting for the charter is a good way to reduce the members and fill seats of the budget committee. To the legislative body of Conway (i.e., the voters) this should not be the sole reason for adopting the proposed new charter.

Absolutely !

Vote no to the charter !

Vote no to couselors soending our money and telling us whats best for us.

We can handle it....

The charter is the prop holding the door to corruption wide open.

Leave the selectmen in place.
