To the editor:

Lou DeToma’s recent letter included ridiculous claims. To start with, the witnesses at the impeachment investigation have corroborated the claims made by the whistleblower; namely, that Trump attempted to coerce the Ukrainian president to help his re-election campaign by investigating a possible opponent. Not a crime, but abusing his power as our leader to further his own cause like a Third World dictator is unacceptable.
