To the editor:

The fees required for residents to park anywhere in town is a bad idea in any instance. It is not the same as user fees.

On this, we can agree.

“The closest thing to eternal life on earth is a Government Program.”

This will never be rescinded once approved.

To imagine that we have come to the place where Tax Paying Town Residence now has to pay to park is abhorrent.

Let the valued visitors pay for the privilege. It's not too much to ask.

And enforce the current parking ordinances.
