To the editor:

I need to clarify an issue raised by Bill Marvel in his column from Oct. 1. He discussed the 2022 bill, HB 1633, sponsored by then Rep. Bill Marsh (co-sponsored by me) which would require vaccination against COVID-19 for children to attend school, and notes that it “failed.”
