To the editor:

I am writing in response to recent letters to this paper to correct misinformation and clarify issues regarding the administration of Carroll County and the current delegation. Our county has had serious problems in the past and difficulties in relationships among and between the administration, commissioners and delegation. It has not been a healthy environment for staff or for dealing with issues that the county faces.
