To the editor:

Karen Burnett-Kurie's June 25 letter to the editor promised readers a "simple" solution to New Hampshire's property tax problem. Whenever someone says a solution is "simple," readers expect a straightforward explanation. Instead, they got several paragraphs of rhetorical gymnastics that somehow managed to say almost nothing.
