We’ll state the obvious: Traffic is getting worse. We’ve learned to expect it during peak tourist times, but now shoulder seasons give us little relief, particularly in Conway Village. On any off-season late afternoon midweek, drivers heading south can expect to start slowing down and queuing up on Route 16 by the Revo Casino.

And although Conway’s new master plan is comprehensive, it doesn't directly address roads.
