New Hampshire employers pay exorbitant fees for worker's compensation insurance. Between the way the state laws were crafted and the ensuing rates charged by medical providers, we pay more than twice what similar employers pay in neighboring Massachusetts.

The New Hampshire Retail Association and the Retail Association of Massachusetts have comparable workers' compensation trusts, both run by the same company, but with very different outcomes.
