CONWAY — The proposed 52-unit Ledgewood subdivision received positive news at the bi-monthly North Conway Water Precinct commissioners meeting Monday when it was determined there is enough capacity in the existing sewer line to handle it.

The news has to do with the available capacity from a sewer pipe that runs along Route 16 from MaineHealth Memorial Hospital south to Grove Street in the heart of North Conway Village.
