There is no invasion, there are fewer criminals among the illegal immigrants than among citizens, there is no justification for denying due process, and the courts are already amply demonstrating that the arguments you regurgitate from the Trump Administration hold zero factual basis. Many of the judges are pointing out emphatically just how faulty the claims the DOJ lawyers are making at Trump's behest.
Please get a grip on reality. You're a lawyer, read the decisions already part of the public record, you can easily see what a joke the claims you're making are.
