To the editor:I am writing this letter to thank all our friends and family for all their prayers and loving support in these last few weeks. Our daughter was very sick and required a risky surgery, and the support of our employers, family, friends, colleagues, even acquaintances, has been overwhelming.Thanks to everyone at Chinook and Camp Waukeela for taking on extra duties to cover our absences! Thank you to family, friends and colleagues from White Mountain Waldorf School and SAU 9, also to students and teachers at Sunbridge College in New York for your prayers and positive thoughts. Thank you for meals and flowers and friendly notecards. It's really true; when bad things happen, good people come through. Lately, we've been reminded that the world is a good place, and miracles really do happen.
