ARRESTSMarch 17Vincent Carboni, 19, of Moultonboro, was arrested on Route 25 in Tamworth on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. March 18Earl Guyette, 45, of Alton, was arrested on Route 28 in Barnstead on charges of possession of a concealed weapon and an active bench warrant. March 2011:26 p.m. Emerson Sykes, 18, of Wolfeboro, was arrested on Route 28 in Wolfeboro on a charge of driving while intoxicated. March 218:33 a.m. Michael Cartier, 38, of Albany, was arrested on Route 16 in Albany on a charge of operating after suspension. 9:06 p.m. Lynda Day, 28, of Tamworth, was arrested on Bearcamp Highway in Tamworth on two active bench warrants. 4:30 p.m. Stephanie Goss, 19, of Ossipee, was arrested on Route 16 in Tamworth on a warrant for operating after suspension. March 223:13 a.m. Deborah Martin, 47, of Albany, was arrested on Drake Hill Road in Albany on a charge of criminal mischief. She was then taken into protective custody for intoxication.March 231:47 a.m. Orlin P. Gergov, 29, of Conway, was arrested on Route 16 in Conway on a charge of driving while intoxicated. ACCIDENTSMarch 195:18 a.m. A single-vehicle accident occurred on Route 25 in Tamworth. According to police reports, the operator, Daniel Palmer, 36, of Tamworth, was westbound when he lost control and the vehicle came to rest of its side. No injuries were reported. 8 a.m. A single-vehicle accident occurred on Elm Street in Effingham. According to police reports, the operator, Zachary J. Loyas, 19, of Effingham, was eastbound when he lost control of the vehicle going around a corner and hit a snowbank. No injuries were reported.5:20 p.m. A single-vehicle accident occurred on Route 16 in Ossipee. According to police reports, the operator, Patricia Harvey, 50, of Madison, pulled over to let an ambulance pass, lost control on the shoulder and struck a snowbank and rolled over. No injuries were reported in the accident. 6:18 p.m. A single-vehicle accident occurred on Route 16 in Madison. According to police reports, the operator, Cathy W. Ryan, 51, of Albany, was northbound when she came to rest in a snowbank. No injuries were reported. 9:20 p.m. A single-vehicle accident occurred on Route 109 in Sandwich. According to police reports, the operator, Roger P. Plimmer, 58, of Sandwich, was northbound when he lost control on an icy road, hitting a snowbank. No injuries were reported. March 207:10 a.m. A two-vehicle accident occurred on Waukeewan Road in Center Harbor. According to police reports, Alyssa Raxter, 16, of Loudon, backed into a vehicle driven by Matthew Hashem, 18, of Center Harbor. No injuries were reported.
