Following are recent adjudications in District Court of Northern Carroll County in North Conway: Jon Miller, 38, of Conway, pleaded guilty to issuing bad checks. He was fined $200. William M. Atcheson, 39, of New York, New York, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $500 and his license was revoked for nine months. Nancy Babb, 36, of Glen, pleaded guilty to issuing bad checks. She was fined $200. Brea J. Lovely, 20, of Greenwich, R.I., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. She was fined $300. Gina Buontempo, 20, of Greenwich, R.I., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. She was fined $300. Jillian L. Coccoli, 20, of Warwick, R.I., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. She was fined $300. Jason Simonian, 20, of Warwick, R.I., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. She was fined $300. Christine Doyle, 19, of Warwick, R.I., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. She was fined $300. Kostas J. Karras, 51, of Fryeburg, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and bail jumping. For driving while intoxicated, he was fined $500 and his license was revoked for nine months. For bail jumping, he was fined $300. William Lillibridge, 50, of Albany, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension (second offense). He was fined $500. Mark A. Chidester, 33, of Effingham, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $500. A charge of simple assault was not prosecuted. Devin Stock, 36, of Pittsfield, Maine, pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was fined $250. Tracey Sevieri, 27, of Albany, was found not guilty of giving false reports to law enforcement. Gerald Perry, 40, of Las Vegas, Nevada, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and bail jumping. For criminal trespass, he was sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, half of which were suspended. She pleaded no contest to misuse or failure to display plates. For driving without a valid license, she was fined $300. For driving an unregistered vehicle, she was $150, all of which was suspended. Timothy D. Panno, 19, of Lovell, Maine, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. He was fined $300. A charge of driving while intoxicated was not prosecuted. Jacquelyn S. Furey, 26, of Lynn, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and bail jumping. For driving after revocation or suspension, she was fined $250. For basil jumping, she was fined $250. A charge of drivers license prohibitions was placed on file without finding. Wayne A. Woodbury, 46, of Tamworth, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $750 and his license was revoked for one year. Mark Mercon, 22, of Conway, pleaded guilty to reckless operation. He was fined $500 and his license was revoked for 60 days. Charges of reckless conduct (placing another in danger) and disobeying an officer were placed on file without finding. A charge of driving while intoxicated was not prosecuted. Donald Naismith, 52, of Ossipee, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled drugs outside container. He was fined $350 and sentenced to 30 days in the House of Corrections. The entire fine and jail sentence were suspended. Patrick J. Sheehan, 44, of Conway, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $500, and his license was revoked for nine months. Raymond Prue, 54, of Norway, Maine pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was fined $250. Charges against Jessica S. Rothwell, 19, of Wolfeboro, of transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor and transportation of a controlled drug, were placed on file without finding. A charge against Richard J. Snow, 28, of Denmark, Maine, of driving after revocation or suspension, was placed on file without finding. A charge against Matthew D. Phelan, 18, of Brentwood, of transportation of a controlled drug, was placed on file without finding. A charge against Robert Roy, 43, of North Conway, of violation of protective order, was dismissed.
