CONWAY — Both of the finalists for the Kennett Middle School principal position believe the best configuration for a middle school educationally is one that houses grades 6-8. Kennett is currently a 7-8 middle school, and educators feel that's not enough time to make important connections with the students.

On Thursday afternoon, Rick Biche of Conway and Todd Lamarque of Gorham met with the Conway School Board for their interviews for the job. Both were asked essentially the same 12 questions and then given the opportunity to ask any questions they might have.
