CONWAY — Anyone familiar with Town Hall over the past 30 years will likely remember former Deputy Town Manager Paul DegliAngeli saying he would not share his personal opinion because he is staff.

After being retired for a month DegliAngeli visited the SUN-TV studio Monday, where he shared his feelings on the major changes he’s seen in town and his thoughts about where Conway might be heading in the decades to come, which could involve extending the North-South Road north and a new form of government.
