CONWAY — A Conway man accused of selling heroin to a woman who nearly died of an overdose in March is facing new charges, along with his fiancee, related to selling drugs. He was ordered held on $1,000 cash bail; his fiancee, Kayla Bouchard, is wanted by police.

Paul Smith, 23, was arraigned Tuesday afternoon on two Class B felony charges. One says he conspired to sell heroin with Bouchard between April 17 and 24.
